These trucks are just fantastic inside and out, and we are absolutely in love with the styling and all of the new features. And after strapping it down to our dyno and measuring rear wheel horsepower, it was obvious that people would be ready for more power. With a tow rating of 7,650lbs these trucks will enjoy that 7psi of ProCharger boost, to help pass, tow upgrades...or maybe just be able to light up the tires during some "spirited" driving.

At the heart of the system is our self-contained ProCharger centrifugal supercharger head unit. Built from aircraft grade billet aluminum, it's designed to outlast the truck itself, no matter what climate it's being used in. From arid deserts to the far reaches of Arctic climates, our head units have been put to the test.

Cooling that forced air charge is done by our front mount air-to-air intercooler. With no moving parts, wires, or pumps to fail these units again are built to last and give owners a piece of mind when using their Jeeps in extreme conditions.

Realistically we are looking at 400hp and 360 ft/lb for about $10k installed?

I'm curious where the power curve is, top end power is fun and all, but it isn't what you need to get the vehicle moving. At the moment I'm waiting until the desiel option has more information out, but FI is an option for me if they never release it, or limit it to the upper trims.

So about 450hp instead of the 285hp? How much torque? Looks really impressive.
We really keep our rating conservative, since we gotta keep our tune "mild" to make sure it works perfect for guys in Cali (with poor fuel) and guys in Flordia (with great fuel) So we rate it at 425hp.

However, a good number of customers that are located in areas where there are Dodge cars being modified (Challengers, Hellcats, etc) usually drop a pulley size for another PSI of boost, and a custom tune for the fuel in their area. (to sneak out that extra)

The install is easier then mounting a bumper and a winch. So Id guess 95% of our JL / JK systems are self installed. Ive personally done one in 3 hours LOL.

Only on the engine and drivetrain...
And only if someone managed to have an issue. To date, I don't know of a single JK or JL engine failure with our full system.

Loads more power all around. And with the transmissions in these now and the gearing, there really isn't a need for "down low" unless you are crawling, or off road in which case you are likley in low range. But on a normal day, the chances of the engine RPM being below 2,500 is almost unheard of.

Can we get the Dyno Graph?
I will see what I can do. However there are a good number of JL and JK customers out there with our systems, and post graphs on some of the other forums.

Self install sounds enticing. So for a novice wrencher it should take about 5-6 hrs?

What does the system cost? I assume around $6k?

The location of the intercooler looks like it blocks the stock radiator. Jeep engineers seemed very concerned about air flow/cooling during their press launch briefings. How will the aftermarket intercooler affect engine temps during towing? Have you guys done extensive testing with the supercharger while towing?

does your kit come with a seperate fuel management system, or do people somehow flash the ecu,
in the non-california states if you go with a smaller pulley for 1psi more, do you have a tune for that, or do we have to pay an engine tuner/dyno shop to do a custom tune?

Thanks, should be awesome for those not wanting to wait for the 3.0 turbo, or have funds to swap hellcrate motrors in! :like:

Do you still have to mail in the ecu for a tune? If so, how long is the turn around?
