@JeepCares, what is Jeep doing to keep this from happening? Is there a new design/fix? That class action lawsuit is looking more appealing.
I will answer for them.

1. They are doing nothing. It's been 3 years of this shit. They don't care. It may or may not keep happening with each new window you get. When you're out of warranty, they'll make hefty profits replacing your window. Jeep cares about you up until the time your sale closes.

2. There is no new design or fix.

Try the vacuum hose route. While we can all be angry and talk about how $60k trucks shouldn't do this, it's unacceptable etc - while all true - it's important to accept that Jeep has atrocious post sale support and couldn't give a damn about any of us. We can either get rid of the truck if the shortcomings bother us or adapt. For now, I've adapted.

Taking a stand is far more stress than is worth it. The vacuum hose thing takes about 5 minutes.

Yeah, maybe I just hand it back when the lease ends and get a Bronco or something else.

Jeep will not care if you leave. Someone on the Bronco side will come over in your place because they are tired of the shit sandwich the Bronco is serving up.

That being said, your frustration is understandable.

So, I finally got my rear glass replaced under warranty. My service department had to send it out and I was without the Gladiator for 4 days. Which is why I've put this off, but with 33,700 miles the time had come. I wish I would have taken pictures before, but what an improvement in the design with my replacement rear glass.

That’s what I was hoping to see, a new design.

It's possible it's a new design. Best way to tell is new 2023's that were built in 2023. A member previously posted a "new design" he received on his repair. In the end we determined it was a mod the glass company did. That looks like the same design, just with an extra seal. May or not be Mopar.

Well, the replacement rear window made it a year, now it is leaking again. Thankfully still under warranty, but this is ridiculous. Top was damaged by dealer last time, now I have to go through this again. Unreal. @JeepCares, what is Jeep doing to keep this from happening? Is there a new design/fix? That class action lawsuit is looking more appealing.

well, I called local dealer and they want me to go through the process of going in and having their “water leak” guy look at it first, then go from there. I already went through this BS last year and don’t have the time to keep taking off of work and go back and forth to play the game. Especially since there is no loaner car available. This whole thing is absurd. They customer care for people spending 60k on your vehicles is lacking at best.

LOL the ol' "need a certified, MIT educated moisture engineer to investigate and submit evidence to the 'Stellantis Grand Jury' to get repair authorized."

My 12 year old son and a squirt gun can find the source of the leak in 2 minutes. These jackassess know EXACTLY what the problem is when someone has this complaint they need to EXPEDITE the process @JeepCares .

That was mine recently repaired with a similar gasket. I was told the glass company “added” the gasket. Now I’m wondering if the window actually came from Mopar with the gasket.
