Curious why you didn’t install in locations per the instructions? Did you have another guide?
Not available where and where is the info on the AD package?I posted a new thread under suspensions and probably should have just posted it hear instead.
Can anyone verify the Mopar 2” lift part number change from 77072469AC to 77072469AD for the 21’ JTRD? I just saw that the AC number was no longer available.
Awesome. This confirmed the changed to the instructions guide. But, mopar was too lazy to swap the part numbers around to correspond with LF, LR etc images. Thanks again for checking.2” mopar Driver side front:

You should have seen the original instructions that came with the MOPAR trailer brake controller. they had even service people and parts people confused, as well as the STAR team! The instructions being so totally screwed up was made worse by the fact that they had months if not over a year to come up with them and test them! The instructions claimed that there was a part needed and there was no such part and no such need, the pictures didn't match what you pulled out of the box as far as orientation, they mentioned some sales code that didn't even exist for the JT. What a joke. It took them weeks or longer to figure it out.Awesome. This confirmed the changed to the instructions guide. So the verdict is that the instructions are backwards? I’m having mine installed in a couple of weeks and I want to make sure. And now we have a new lift “Delta” variant? Not the covid delta variant, no pun intended.Awesome. This confirmed the changed to the instructions guide. But, mopar was too lazy to swap the part numbers around to correspond with LF, LR etc images. Thanks again for checking.
This instructions below makes more sense but it's INCORRECT:Yes. I just completed swappingbthe rear springs and it's just 1/4" different vs 1/2" before. However, i haven't drove yet, hopefully it will settle.
Lower part numbers installs on the left driver side.

This site has what you described, but it has no other info on it. https://www.moparpartsinc.com/p/SUSPENSIO-LIFT/95988376/77072469AC.htmlI tried to go back and find where I saw it, but had to take a couple of calls…(work)…and forgot where I saw it. I wonder if the change have something to do with the bottoming out issue the stock JTRD’s are having? It was on a Mopar this or that parts warehouse. I did a search for the AC version and the site I selected said something about being discontinued and provided the AD changed part number. Another fella said he did a “G” search and found several hits on it. Sorry…my job always screws the important stuff up…?
What I saw was in a little different format, but the message was the same…thanks for the find. Maybe someone will chime in that’s knows what changed…thx for the reply. This site has what you described, but it has no other info on it. https://www.moparpartsinc.com/p/SUSPENSIO-LIFT/95988376/77072469AC.html
@AllMoparParts.com Benny, can you tell us what changed between part # 77072469AC to 77072469AD?What I saw was in a little different format, but the message was the same…thanks for the find. Maybe someone will chime in that’s knows what changed…thx for the reply.
As with many part supersessions nothing notable. Most of the times part numbers can change due to packaging or a vendor change to a component. Example a new supplier for bolts etc...@AllMoparParts.com Benny, can you tell us what changed between part # 77072469AC to 77072469AD?
