Are there any Mojaves with stock wheels running 35s? is it doable or do I need to swap out the wheels for something bigger and wider than the stock 17x7.5?

I have no problems swapping out wheels but would be nicer to just upgrade the tires.

I'm told the Mojave will accommodate 35s with stock suspension setup.

You were able to put 35x12.5x17 tires on the same 17x7.5 factory wheels?

I'm not talking about swapping out wheels. I can do that.. was more interested in using the exact same factory wheels that came with the Mojave.

Did you have any issues?

I'm trying to understand if the 35x12.5x17 that Shahzeb put on his truck were put on a Mojave with factory suspension and wheels. (meaning no additional lift or mods other that what comes with the Mojave edition)

I was told the 12.5 wide tire would not work with the stock 7.5 width wheel.
I would like to put on a larger, wider tire on the same factory wheel set.

They'll go on but will bulge a lot and potentially jump the bead. I'd always follow the tire manufacturers recommendation.

315/70/R17 here. Basically a 35x12.50, a hare shorter. Toyo M/T’s, Factory wheels. No rubbing and no hesitation by the tire retailer.

Literally thousands of jeeps our there with 35’s on stock wheels. If there was a bead break pandemic I believe the jeep community would know.

Probably wont get quite the tire wear that you would on a wider rim but it drives out fine.

I run 37x12.5's on stock Rubicon wheels, which are also 7.5".... one of the forum members here has run these for a long time, with trail pressure in the 10-12 psi range and has not lost a bead (and he wheels, not just a mall-crawler)

I do have a lift, just speaking of the rim size vs what tire you can run

I was running 37x12.5x17's on my 2020 JT for over a year. I loved the look. Just check out my profile pic.

35s should be perfectly fine on a stock Mojave.

I ran my 37x13.5 17s for about 1200 miles before I put my lift on
