No lift been stock with 37 ko2 which are on the small side of 37s for the last 2 years no issues on or off-road. I dont disconnect the sway because I’m not rock crawling but have herd from my rubi neighbor they do rub when stuffing the front.

What psi do you run your 37s at? Trying to find the right one with very similar wheel / tire setup. Also, are yours the C or D load?

Load range c and about 35 psi
Thank you. Are you still on stock rims? If so, I have the exact same setup. When I do the chalk test around 35 psi, the tires dont touch the ground on the very outside on each side of the tire. Probably around 1/2" or so width on each side. Have you tried the chalk test with yours? How many miles do you have on the tires and do they seem to be wearing good? These tires cost so much, I dont want to mess them up early. lol

I have the C load on my stock rims. At 35 psi, I did the chalk test and the outsides of each tire (about a 1/2" on each side) doesnt seem to be touching the pavement. Have you tried the chalk test with yours? I just dont want them to wear weird or wear down early. Thanks!

I haven't done a chalk test. I can eyeball my tires as they sit and tell if I have a crown or not. The outside edge of BFG's will not touch unless you are at around 28-30 from my experience. That's to low for a Gladiator. People either complain their JT rides rough over pavement or is to bouncy. That tells me tire pressure is the leading factor. I have adjusted mine to get the maximum ride stability and comfort without sacrificing tread wear. These 37's are not cheap. I'll continually keep my eye on them and adjust accordingly if I need.

Thank you and I agree with all of that. I appreciate the reply.

Ima just add a bit more. I’m not running K02s I’m running Baja Boss ATs. I run at 27 psi and I get a damn near perfect contact patch. Two things I’ve learned have a huge impact. Use a tire psi calculator online and that’ll give you your ballpark psi to work in. Then wheel width is a huge one. The thinner your wheel the lower the psi will be needed for a proper patch. But that also means it’ll ride soft. I got a 7.5in wide stock wheel. That means any psi over 30 and the tire will bow and only run on its center 6-7 inches of tread. Not ideal for a 12.5 wide tire. So calculate your proper psi with an online calculator. The raise or lower it to get the best wear pattern/ contact patch for your wheel/tire combo. Hope this helps those who are still struggling to find their sweet spot.

Edit: remember your psi will climb as your tire get hotter, especially on highway. So because of this, just because you have a little bulge when your not moving, odds are isn’t there at 60mph. From my experience psi goes up about 4-5 psi as you heat the tire up.

I was reading this thread this morning and had no clue what a chalk test. I thought maybe it had something to do with drawing lines around your tires with chalk. But then later in the day I was parked in a dirt lot walking back to the truck and it dawned on me!

So is the only solution for this a wider rim or keeping your PSI really low?

What psi is this? You could probably drop 3-5. Btw you also won’t really grab the full edge. Any aggressive AT tire and beyond the lugs are supposed to have a slight taper off. This looks good to me.

These are 37” KO2s load C on stock rims. Running about 36 psi. So maybe drop down to 30-32? It’s my daily driver so it sees a lot of highway miles.

I have the exact same setup. I have been trying to find the right psi myself. I am trying 32 psi now but dont have many miles with that amount yet. I have seen anywhere between 26 and 35 psi.
