Hey Mr Sweetums,

The problem with making these is volume.

The interesting thing about this group is that we will spend years compiling thousands of posts about this issue but every time I actually have some of these available it takes forever for someone to actually commit to taking one off my hands.

Of course once they are gone the group starts to ask for one again…

I can kinda see why BPD diluted their efforts because it is so difficult to actually make an offering viable for such a small group.

Only thing motivating me to do so is that I’m an enthusiast and am acting on selfish motives.

Happy to share the 3d file with anyone who wants to go down the rabbit hole solo — just message me.

These cad files are all in 3d, you’d need to work with a fabricator that has the ability to unroll the model into a 2d drawing according to their needs and capabilities.

Happy to go down that rabbit hole. Can you send me you 3D file sin a PM

Rob

A few people here have.. go back over the last 50 or so pages.

I installed the Mishimoto radiator at the same time as the BPD aux. cooler and 24’ grill.. results were great but since all 3 were added at the same time I have no idea if the radiator made a significant difference on its own.

👍🏼 I have followed this thread over time and caught most of it. There is a lot of data here. I just picked up the 24 grill and will be doing the radiator next.
Was curious over time if anyone has had issues with flex and the all aluminum radiators. Our JKU the all aluminum units would only last a couple years before flex caused cracks.

I'm considering rigging up windshield washer nozzles to spray liquid onto the radiator to help with heat dissipation when towing my camper through high-elevation passes. There are plenty of universal windshield washer kits available, so it should be a relatively straightforward setup.

Mishimoto has a spotty reliability record, unfortunately. I wish that Koyo or Ron Davis made a unit.
The one car forum I'm on. It's called Mishashitymoto. The radiators last about 2 years.

Yep, I've been around the performance industry since 05, ran marketing efforts for AMS for a number of years... I am still shocked how behind certain performance market segments are in terms of quality of products.
