Until you see someone mount an aux oil cooler in the bed trophy truck style there will be no fix. Although I still suspect those that deleted no longer have overheating issue.
Did it this weekend, I’ll be towing through the Rockies this weekend and will report back later next week.

the Ram version?
Buy the Jeep oil filter housing and a oil cooler adapter plate for a 2gen. See if they match up, or how far off they are. Maybe get a machine shop to make a plate to fit.

I don't believe that's true, got the gravity 6 bar with mounts for wifes overland diesel and they fit just fine (and are listed as not for the 392 or mojave)
Well.. there is a diesel specific cowl light mount from Mopar, so take that for what it is: 8221 6213AA-001.

here's a link for the actual cowl piece for a 21 diesel overland, and it mates up for everything except mojave and 392 not sure why that light mount is listed as such but in the 9ish months i've been looking at parts for the wifes jt, everything says the diesels are standard jl body parts unless it's a mojave or 392 (and sometimes the 4e)

Lol well now we have a conundrum on our hands… I don’t have any friends with a Mojave to compare to, but interesting indeed. I bought the Mojave/Diesel specific light mount and it fit my Rubicon where you purchased one that said it wouldn’t fit a mojave but, it fit your overland. ?

Edit: my part doesn’t mention trim (for the diesel) but does the rubicon trim maybe make a difference?

to the best of my understanding, all the body parts are the same from the rear doors forward on jt/jl for all models EXCEPT the mojave, 392, and possibly the 4xe because like you pointed out, they have a different hood and cowl than everything else (drivetrain agnostic)

if you scroll down there's a bolded section showing that this light bar doesn't fit those specific models (no mention of diesel, but it mated up to hers flawlessly)

I would hate to admit how much sleep I lost over this last night. It just doesn't make sense to me. Has something changed on the 2022 or somewhere in between?

Here is the thread where we all discussed and came to the realization.

https://www.jeepgladiatorforum.com/...illar-mount-not-compatible-with-diesel.49052/

Edit:

Looks like the part for the Mojave also lists working for the 392 and the diesel, but not the gas. I wonder which one is really right since your KC brackets fit?

It’s a nice kit. Read the thread and I have logged what I could.

i see that they offer a new option ( tee fiting)

  • Owners of 2020-Newer models now have the option to select the tee fitting pressure port, which gains access to the oil pressure supply through your vehicle's oil pressure sensor.
