Has anybody noticed this issue with the new steering box installed in a 2021?

Mine has a slight pull to the right...all I installed was the Teraflex 1.5 front leveling kit and 37s. I am getting my alignment looked at on Friday.
Box can't really cause a pull unless it's just caused by your steering wheel being off center a touch now.

It most certainly can cause a pull when the internal valving is off and favors one side. I’ll say it again. I have proof of this. Not yet able to post the video tho.

Take a look at the thread...this has been my issue before & after the steering box install. Still pulls right to this day...Dealers, Jeep, and even aftermarket shops can't find the issue.

I had the TSB done on 03/16, everything seems good so far. However, I crawled under the Jeep today and noticed the grease boot on the drag link is torn. I can only Assume it was while they were working on it. Just hit 8000 miles, no off-road yet. Is it worth going back to the dealership and speaking with the service manager?

^^ I just noticed that that very same drag link end was "loose" tonight when I got home tonight. It has play similar to one with 80K miles on it. It should not be worn out at 16K miles... I had the TSB done a few months ago, and other than a Synergy Sector shaft brace, my suspension is stock. Headed back to the dealer tomorrow..

I just installed the Synergy brace after having the TSB done a couple weeks ago. I noticed the same thing with that boot up at the pitman arm. Not sure if it’s worth fighting the dealer.

wow...talk about BS...99% likely the tech did that, knew it was liek that, and just jammed it back together anyway. I would certainly let them know about it....but yeah it will be more wasted time on your end to let them fix it. Ugghh

Hi @Benbean66,

I'm sorry to learn that you are still experiencing this concern with your steering after having the TSB completed on your Jeep. If you would like support when you return to your dealer, please send us a private message.

Well I'm 3 days away from having my steering gearbox replacement???? Now if they have the correct bolts and gearbox, my intention is to verify before they start the job since I'm going to have it done after work and will be "stuck" at the dealership for it.
When I was directed to parts dept following up on it months ago one person in parts dept. started with how I had modified with lift and tires without even knowing or looking at my JT. I had to "do" a curt shutdown on that with "No" lift, OEM tires totally stock there. Being as much as I drive it, I've got use to it until I go drive my LJ with old set of 33MT's running about 22-25 psi ? then go somewhere in the JT.
Now on the subject of after a lift kit installation that can make it pull to left or right unless you have adjusted /replaced track bars (panhard bars "another name for them") due to shifting (off-setting) of axle(s) left or right. I've seen some vehicles where you can easily see the axles are offset, my XJ had that before I replaced the trackbar and mount. The steering linkage is adjustable to correct centering of the steering wheel not axle offset. ;) And damn if a worn part or loose bolt, nut or incorrectly torqued part is present don't cause hell in the setup.... :headbang::headbang::headbang::angry: I've been there and why my JT is staying close to stock for now. When my D.D. to work was total of 7 miles and back no biggie.
