Thise 12.5" wide tires fit the factory wheels without rubbing?
315/70R17 on stock Rubicon wheels. 1” teraflex spacer installed up front, 1/2” teraflex spacer in the rear. No rubbing anywhere.

I like that way that looks a lot. Do you have a part number or link to the rear TF spacers? I can find 1/2" ones for JL, but not JT.

My son and I installed the ( front only ) Teraflex 1.5" Leveling Kit and Teraflex 2" Shock Extension Kit.

Figure this puts us back to within 1/2" of OEM shock travel.

It took right at 1 hour start to finish, including re-centering the steering wheel.

Put a 4' level on the bed rail and the rear end side of the bubble was just touching the center/level line.

Nitto Trail Grappler M/T 35"×12.50×17"
OEM Optional 7.5" wheels

No Rub and Full Articulation

I just called them direct when I got them. I couldn’t find a part number anywhere online, but they were happy to help on the phone.

Thanks, I’ll give them a shout. Do you remember if the spacer went on top or bottom?

Part # perhaps. I can’t make out the first number, it’s either a 3 or a 0.

Hope you are OK after Ian

We are gonna be ok over here in Vero Beach
Thanks Dale.
We are ok. Was quite the storm and quite nerve wracking but our lives are safe and our home survived with only minor damages such as losing our pool cage and many shingles missing. Fortunately the storm surge was not as bad as predicted where our home lies so no flooding.

I didn't read through all the posts here so sorry if this has been covered. I put the TF 1.5" spacer kit on my new '23 Willys to level it out and get rid of that rake. I did notice the reduction in caster almost immediately, so I just installed the Mopar 2" kit front lower control arms and based upon first impressions highly recommend them. Drives straight as an arrow, no wandering as it had been doing, steering feel is much more precise.

I did the install in my garage and gave up on the new torque instructions for the upper and lower arm bolts. I used my 1/2" pneumatic impact to remove the lower bolts and it zipped them right off. I was expecting more of a struggle. The new arms went on like a breeze, and I torqued using the TF kit specs. Ran them to the torque spec with a torque wrench, then marked the approximate additional twist with a paint mark, then used the impact wrench to get the actual additional twist. The struggle came when I torqued the uppers. I was able to loosen them easily with a ratcheting breaker bar, there was no way any of them had been torqued to 41 / 37 ft lbs and then turned 185 / 135 degrees more. It was absolutely impossible for me to take them up that far without risk of injury, so I just used the old spec of 80 ft lbs axle & frame sides and let it go. I'm positive that's what they must have been from the factory. We'll see if that causes any issues.
