- 2025 Gladiator Mojito! Mojave X
Nothing like driving through a swarm of 17 yr locusts with a class A motor home. Stopping every half hour to clean the windshield with scotchbrite.@JTdiRtyD damn!!!! Reminds me of the front of my motorhome a few times! All that in 20 miles, holy crap. You win!
I know exactly where that picture was taken from. You timed it just about right, another few weekends and everything in the picture will be brown. On Friday took a wonderful early morning drive down Highway 14 along the Columbia River Gorge (Columbia separates Oregon & Washington). Highway 14 is on the Washington side, the Interstate is on the Oregon side. Chilly with the top off but so beautiful. Paused to snap a photo of Mt Hood.

Of course the drive way back that evening was equally wonderful, except my Jeep thought it was on bug death duty. I ran out of washer fluid about an hour from home. That meant getting up early Saturday to de-bug the Gladiator and while I was at it might as well wash my wife's Jeep too.

Lot more green a few miles to the East, but no good place to pull off for a shot. With all the cool weather and rain it might stay greenish a bit longer. I love the drive down Hwy 14 its so much more enjoyable than I-84.I know exactly where that picture was taken from. You timed it just about right, another few weekends and everything in the picture will be brown.
Nice! Looks like fun. Is that saltwater you are splashing through?Took my Gladiator out for it's first offroad trip out to Knik Glacier!
Didn't break anything on the trip out there and back, that I know about at least.
