Keep it and build it to what you want it to be.

25k would go a long ways towards a new interior in your Overland.Granted, I now owe $25K but I absolutely love the Rubicon and the new interior/infotainment update.
$25K wouldn't give me a new engine/ Rubicon drivetrain (Jeep already replaced the top end and both cams under warranty at 45K miles) and a new interior and new paint (mine was bubbling and flaking) and a hard top (mine was a soft top) and LED package (had halogens) and new tires (My Kenda Klevers 35s were bald and needed replacement) and front + rear lockers (Overland) and regearing, etc.25k would go a long ways towards a new interior in your Overland.
Thanks for making me feel old! Rubi's didn't exist when I was a kid. I was drooling on Daisy Duke and her CJ-7Plus, I've wanted a Rubicon since I was a kid and now I have one.
I came out ahead on this deal.
Ohhhh... I remember watching the reruns. Thanks for making me feel old! Rubi's didn't exist when I was a kid. I was drooling on Daisy Duke and her CJ-7

Not to be a nay sayer but the diesel has all its existing situations like the gasses. You aren't gonna gain hardly anything going to a diesel besides everything you buy for it being more expensive. Just build the one you have especially since its paid off. Thanks for asking, it is paid off. Does that change your thoughts?
I have found some Diesel Rubicon packages, those are around $40 to 45Kish.
Buy a diesel Rubicon, change out the hood and cowls to the taller Mojave/392 hood and add shocks? If you're just going to build it then the Mojave is of questionable value anyways since your changing the springs and shocks most likely. If we don't believe in Unicorns, what is the point of going on? LOL.
