Real Genius, great film
Totally. I should really watch that again soon.

In everyday life people ask me if I am who I am and my immediate response is "Well, I hope so, I'm wearing his underwear" and every once in a while some hoopy food who knows where his towel is gets the gag.

Have it on my home server to stream, 85+ movies, 6 series, and counting so far. Working on getting it setup for remote streaming next.

Actually, for context to the entire thought regarding loss of all communications etc, the takers will be ready with stones, guns and whatever else to take what you might own. Which leads me to believe that traveling around during such an event could have terrible consequences. There is plenty of food and water on my property, just waiting to be taken as needed. Medical aid, you may as well forget that unless you live next to a hospital.

"Bug Out Vehicles" will be needed
by people to escape urban areas
and cannibalism.

My relatives are planning
to flee to my property
and help protect the cattle
from being butchered in the pastures
like they've been doing in Venezuela.

This is my most likely scenario. The wife and I have sex, drink, and enjoy the scenery everywhere we go. I remember Alex Jones talked about smart TV’s watching you then a year later Toshiba admited to it and warned of hacking. I decided to get new underwear.

I actually put Alexa in the microwave after she felt compelled to comment on our passionate discussion then found the files on Amazon of everything she records and deleted them. 😂🤣😂🤣😂
You know how often Alexa keeps talking to you instead of giving you a concise reply?

I looked up my history and there were countless entries of 'shut the f*** up bi***', 'shut you mouth' etc.... I'm a very abusive person towards smart speakers, lmao

Siri won’t take that kinda talk. I tried and got asked why I was being rude or something like that. I use it to communicate with wifey while driving but that’s about it. It works well for longer distance drives and staying somewhat safe.

Gadget reviews. com where the story came from has some stuff that looks like good journalism and some articles that are creative and entertaining. Those centaur legs concern me i already get people stepping on my steel toed shoes imagine people with four feet everywhere.

A classic vehicle sounds great one that will not be disabled by EMF weapons something easy to repair, decent off road that gets good fuel mileage, doesn't need much maintenance. With no refineries making fuel, no pipelines to pump it, trucks to haul it, fuel stations distributing it i would be afraid to drive it and waste my fuel supply. With it just sitting the fuel would go bad and i would have to rebuild the carb but with the bad fuel could not drive it anyway. the more i think about it i will just stick to living and buying things for the moment and not spend to much time worrying about being prepared for the worst that could happen.

THis is a good way of thinking. It’s great to have an EMP proof vehicle but maintaining it will be a challenge. Honestly if something does happen I don’t think it will be EMP. Natural disaster is more likely or a direct attack on power grid. If you do a little research on how they’re set up and how power flows it wouldn’t be that hard to accomplish. In my opinion, one of those EV side by side things would be great for this type of situation depending on how far you really need to travel. Save the full sized vehicles for roadblocks and to block garage doors, which are insanely easy to break into.

An EV SxS would also be a great toy. Infrastructure would be the biggest concern natural or unnatural every so often we get to see how fragile things are.

The answer for your first point is a square body Chevy/GMC with a big carb and a gassification rig in the bed. Sure, the radio won't work but if the SHTF you should be paying more attention to your surroundings, anyway.

Far as the second point- I'm prepared for the worst, hope for the best and know where my people are. And none of that would stop me from enjoying myself now.

That was how I was with my old apple account, back when Siri would NOT keep listening until you told it not to. Honestly preferred it that way vs this BS were you have to tell it to stop listening actively.

Siri won’t take that kinda talk. I tried and got asked why I was being rude or something like that. I use it to communicate with wifey while driving but that’s about it. It works well for longer distance drives and staying somewhat safe.
She used to be like the submissive GF that would usually do what you said the right way the first time, or would get yelled at and still say "thank you" after the abuse.
- Issa joke guys. But really, don't be that asshole BF we see on the news later.

Regarding Bugout vehicles, remember: an EMP will fry most electrical circuits unless they are protected by a faraday cage that's properly grounded. Unless your vehicle is pre-1996 good luck as they have multiple modules that WILL fry and need to be replaced. CDI ignition systems will fry, but good luck converting to a points system on anything in the last 25 years.

A drz400/xr400 (carb'd, mid displacement, think enduro 4t) would be perfect as they're simple, efficient, and can haul the basics on your back. Small enough to hide from plain sight, powerful enough to climb a mountain.
