I didn't spend it all today but about $3500 ordered over the course of February and the last of it has arrived:

Front and rear diff skids, front and rear lower control arm skids, rear lower shock mount skids, Apex power steering boost kit and Autolynx set, Hitch skid, deflators, F-Ton steering links, Fox ATS stabilizer and stabilizer relocation brackets.
The last of it was delivered while I was out of town for work and I planned to install it all this weekend. But I caught some airport flu and I don't think I'm doing jack sh!t this weekend - lol

edit: Still waiting on the engine/trans/transfer case/gas tank belly skid. Checked for a delivery date and...it wasn't ordered yet. Ugh.

I swung through Asheville Vehicle Outfitters on my way back home from Florida and ordered a Factor 55 Ultrahook. Also got a duck with a beaver on it at Buc-ee's. I think the hook was $300 shipped and the duck was $5.

2 1/2" lift
upgraded the rotors (while getting brakes done)
front and rear bumpers (led cubes added to the front)
Warn winch mounted
led lightbulbs (damn what a difference that made!)
hitch installed

Got 2 AAL slides put in the bed, waiting on Xtrusion-Overland to release the X.O Skeleton for the Gladiator so I can get everything covered again. Drawers were about $1k each.
