Geo kit or not to geo kit…

It’s such a 50/50 depending on who you talk too, I wish it was a yes or no lol.
Either the brackets or adjustable control arms.

I did the brackets and unless you are hardcore in the rocks, they don't bother me one bit. Drives very nice and does exactly what they advertise. Would recommend.

Looks like the Procal Snap is finally not included anymore, due to supply issues.

Price didn't go down any though!:facepalm:
Dam lucked up and got mine right b4 the cutoff i guess. Price went up from 489 to 539 as well?! Removed product and raised price. Inflation? ?

Yea this is pretty dumb and disingenuous...a few months back I was complaining that they should remove the ProCal and lower the price...I sold my ProCal for $75 so total effective price increase of this kit is $125 from my perspective.

Cheers

AEV lift, no geo brackets, 37's on stock rims.

Looks great. How are you liking the feel with bigger tires and lift?
My kit is on order. Planning to keep stock wheels. Aftermarket wheels are great, but regardless of Jeep’s or trucks in the past, I always seem to prefer OEM…. and these 315/70/17’s are staying as long as I can stand it. LOL

I like it so far. I waited a week for the 37's come in and did not like the stock tires on there. There was so much room in the wheel wells . It rides well so far. I'll put it to the true test tonight driving down to the coast. 2.5 hours away. I think regearing is in the future though. I wanted to keep the stock wheels as thats why its part of why I wanted to buy this in the first place.

You didn’t need wheel spacers for the 37s?

Does anyone get a squeak/creeks from the coil on the top poly spacer? I’m getting a little here and there from the front driver side only, when going slower over small bumps in the road. It’s weird because it doesn’t happen over bigger bumps or at higher speeds. Is it normal im debating taking it apart to investigate. I torqued everything to spec with wheels and full weight on the ground per instructions. I’m pretty sure it’s the coil on the spacer contact I don’t see what else it would be. Not that bad but I’d rather resolve it if it’s possible. If it’s normal I can live with it and stop paying mind to it.

Not at all. I bought them expecting I would. Had my wife get in and full turn each way, not even close to rubbing.
Have you tried cycling it while during max flex and droop yet to see if you get the same results?

Has anyone paired this lift with an adjustable track bar/drag link? I've seen a lot of 2" spacer lifts without them, and some with adjuistable track bar and drag link flip like the full Fabtech 2" lift for Mojave. I understand how the SFA geometry works and why you need an adjustable track bar at 3.5" and higher heights, but what are the actual benefits from using one on a 2" lift? Does it decrease steering wandering or provide better steering input? Thoughts?

I haven't but I don't think this will be an issue. The new bump stops keep these out of the fendors. I also don't plan to put this thing through full disconnected flex's. I spend most of my time on the sand when not on the road and had zero troubles with rub while on the beach this past weekend. It gets pretty rough out where we go.

Justin, hopefully it's GTG. ?

I built Jeeps & buggy rock crawlers (think Johnson Valley/Hammers trails) for a living up until a few years ago. We often found with the ones that flexed a good deal, we needed to dial-in things so that tires didn't rub.
