That was like the cliff notes on a book about the auto industry in 2024Something tells me they’re chasing CAFE numbers more than anything else, so don’t be surprised. It’s kind of hard to keep the customer happy, develop new technologies, fight government regulation forcing what could be seen as unrealistic standards, at least in scale with these time constraints, during a time of supply chain recovery with inflationary pressures and customer push back on price increases and bean counters attempting to increase profits.
I don’t know if that’s a run on sentence or not, but it made sense to me.
