I have Proto and SK, they are both in great shape and are more than enough to meet my needs.

I have 3 total

1/2" split beam snap on 250
3/8 split beam snap on
1/4 Digital mastercraft.

If I did it again I would simply buy the Precision instrument version of the split beams as they manufacture for snap on and are cheaper. that or the Icon, they have good reviews on the split beam.

For above 100 NM, I use a Hazet, between 20 and 100 a Rahsol (since more than 30 years) and for bicycle works I have two Proxxons.
I really like how that Hazet locks on the poundage you select that is sweet .
And it says that long term test showed that you didn't have to return it back to the lowest scale setting . 😱 Geesh thought that was standard across the board. I always screw my Craftsman back to 25ft.pounds.

Have to admit that up to now I didn't knew about that option. And I think I will continue to turn it back. But good to know that it's no problem if I forget to return ...

I use a few different ones from Strap-on to no names. Older Craftman click types work well and always passed calibration, same with Snapon. I used to have a place to officially calibrate my torque wrenches. Now I compare two or three before using. One day, I may check them all again.

My most recent purchases have been Precision Instruments and CDI. Both are made in USA. I also have several Snap On.

I still have an old craftman one from 30 years ago and I'm thinking about getting a newer one that can handle more torque. Let the flame war begin...
I use the Proto I got from my grandfather. 70 years old and still works like a champ!

Calibrated(not certified) Snap-On and rebuilt Proto for shop work. Calibrated(not certified) Harbor freight for trail, I won't like losing it, but I can afford to replace it. I get the snaps from the cal shop and keep with wrenches. No need for certification, but its nice to know the accuracy for what I do.

Well as it stands I have HF 3/8's screw adjustment and a 1/2 craftsman screw adjust with digital readout both click type. Wished I had a ¼inch digital one.

When I was still working at the power plant. We had a saying "Tim Tight". Who ever had to unbolt anything that Tim bolted together. You had to use a 3/4" drive breaker bar with a 4ft cheater pipe to loosen 3/8" bolts.

Knowing how important torquing is I purchased this 0-150FtLb 3/8" and a 1/2" 0-250FtLb Snap-on while going through MMI for my Harley mechanic certification.

Spent a damn fortune on SnapOn tools that I don't use anymore since breaking my left elbow which required 6 major [hospital stay] surgeries in under a year. Only 30% use of the arm so working on the truck now is definitely a labor of love and pain.

If I ever get my lazy ass in gear I'll go through all my tool boxes and pick out the special tools I should probably get rid of and list them here for my fellow Gladiator buds before just listing them on a marketplace.
