I finally was able to talk with Bullet Proof Diesel in Mesa AZ. They have engineered a new aluminum radiator for the diesel JT that in testing lowered temps as much as 20%. They are going to mount the prototype in their JTRD and do some real world testing. If all goes well they will start making them and let me know. I'll be the first in line.

Now they gave me a tour of their facility when I first took my Jeep into them. Their products are 1st rate, the manufacturing process is high tech and the best thing is they are made in America. They have a great reputation with the full sized diesel crowd. I know some of you have expressed concerns with Mishimoto and I'm not sure how well I would trust a lot of these sellers on Ebay and Amazon as I've had bad luck, but from what I have heard and seen, Bullet Proof Diesel is the real deal and I will hang in there until they let me know they have the product for us and post it here also
We can only hope they have a reliable solution. I can't imagine a radiator voiding much warranty.

Judging by the Squat, you have surpassed the maximum tongue weight, perhaps towing rate. In any case driving with the weight squatting the back like that is not safe by any means.
Pic and shadowing are deceiving. It squats 3/4”. Feels and tows very stable with my Timbren overloads and Fastway weight dist hitch. I’m running Mopar 2” diesel lift springs up front and just a 3/4” spacer with stock springs in rear. It sits dead level unloaded so squat appears exaggerated when it is hooked up. Do appreciate the inevitable “tow police“ input however lol.

Not to complain but they are the MOST expensive option for almost every product they make. Its going to be a 2900$ radiator.

That said....if it works im sold.

I have ordered the AFE Air intake tubes.

Why?

The NPT port. I will be testing water methanol injection using the NPT port as my injection point.

For testing ill probably use a digitally controlled SNOW kit and use the factory washer fluid resevoir. If there are any gains/temp changes I might use a larger resevoir.

Honestly I think I would set it to only spray over 27PSI which is basically 100% throttle so for passing or large hills.

Their 6.0L stuff is around 600$. I don't think it will be that bad.

What does our radiator pass. Water, oil, and tranny or just water and tranny.

All 3.0L and 3.6L gladiators share the same radiator.

It is a single pass with plastic tanks. There is a dual pass available from ice block radiators i think but nobody has confirmed gladiator fitment.

A dual pass might add a slight bit of cooling and having aluminum tanks would help as well. If they could upgrade that and the air to air intercooler and get 20% total cooling capacity that would be awesome.

Would any of you happen to have a diagram of the cooling system?

Im pretty sure you need it on stereo menu on the evic as with all taser features and then the standard right arrow on the left side and Cruise cancel on the right side (which is kind of arrow pointing to the left). It will say cool down mode on the dash as well as you'll see the transmission temperature go really high if you're looking for it. Then hit those two buttons at the same time again and it will turn off.

Thanks. Will do my best to find it, hopefully.

Go to the right and go to min max log and let us know what your turbine inlet temp max and your MAT or manifold air temp is.

You can also see your max boost and everything in one screen.

So far doing 0-110mph runs with my derringer set to 6 on flat ground at 80 degrees i have seen:

ECT 248
EOT 253
TIT 1564
PSI 30.8
MAT 375

Very high temps. With the derringer set to stock it does keep the EGT/TIT below 1500. The rest of the temps stay the same.
